Morphyy is a presentation design studio. This notice explains the limited personal information that may be processed when you contact Morphyy.

Information you choose to provide

When you submit the project brief, you may provide your name, email, company or project information, presentation details, deadlines, audience context, links and other information you choose to include.

How the form is delivered

The project brief is processed by a server-side Cloudflare Pages Worker and transmitted through the Resend email delivery service to Morphyy’s contact mailbox. Delivery credentials are stored as private Cloudflare environment secrets and are never placed in the browser. The information in your brief is included in the email received by Morphyy.

Why information is used

Information you send is used to review your enquiry, communicate with you, scope potential work and deliver agreed services.

Spam and abuse protection

The form uses a hidden honeypot, validation, rate limiting and submission records to reduce abuse and duplicate sending. These checks may use hashed IP and email identifiers and hashed submission content. Technical records for abuse prevention and duplicate submission handling are stored in Cloudflare D1. These records contain the submission ID, hashed IP and email identifiers, a hash of the brief, and its delivery status; they do not contain the brief text. Rate checks use a 10-minute window and submission records are cleared after approximately 24 hours, when subsequent submissions are processed.
